Merchant Errors: If a refund is required due to an error on our part (e.g., stock discrepancies), the customer will receive a full refund, and no transaction or administration fees will apply.
Product Condition: All our products are in factory-sealed condition. However, minor cosmetic flaws to the outer packaging (such as small tears in shrink wrap, minor corner dings on booster boxes, or "silvering" on card edges) are common manufacturing variations and do not constitute a "damaged" or "defective" product under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Risk of Loss: In accordance with New Zealand consumer law, we are responsible for the goods until they reach the consumer. However, we are not responsible for "porch piracy" or theft once a package has been successfully marked as "Delivered" by the courier service to the correct address.
