Shipping Information
We provide shipping within New Zealand. Orders are monitored throughout the day and will be dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery fees are a flat $13 per order, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days (please allow an additional 1-2 days for South Island deliveries).
Please Note: TCG Shop Online is responsible for your goods until they are delivered to the address provided. However, in accordance with New Zealand consumer law, we are not responsible for "porch piracy" or theft once a package has been successfully marked as "Delivered" by the courier service. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Apple Pay. Your credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks to ensure maximum security.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
All products sold by TCG Shop Online are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
Change of Mind: Due to the nature of trading card products and market volatility, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind once an order has been shipped.
Order Cancellations (Prior to Shipping): If a refund is issued due to a customer-requested cancellation before the item ships, a 4% transaction and administration fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
Merchant Errors: If a refund is required due to an error on our part (such as a stock discrepancy), you will receive a full 100% refund; no transaction or administration fees will apply.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, you must leave the product and packaging in its current state and contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.
Product Condition Note: All our products are shipped in factory-sealed condition. Please note that minor cosmetic flaws to outer packaging (such as small tears in shrink wrap, minor corner dings on booster boxes, or "silvering" on card edges) are common manufacturing variations. These do not constitute a "damaged" or "defective" product under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

TCG Shop Online keeps all contact information given to us strictly confidential. No information will be released to any third party which may allow a customer or their order to be individually identified.
Email List: By purchasing from our site, you may opt to be added to our email list to receive occasional updates and special offers. If you would like to be removed from this list, please contact us at sales@tcgshoponline.com. Please note that making a new purchase may automatically re-add you to this list.
